By browsing this store or placing an order you agree to these terms. Please read them before you buy.
2. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable, if there is a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we do, we refund you in full.
3. Prices
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include applicable sales taxes where required. Import duties outside the destination customs union are not included. See the shipping policy. We may change prices at any time, but never after you have placed an order.
4. Product information
We describe the product as accurately as we can. Photographs are illustrative, and finishes can look slightly different on different screens. Specifications may change as the product is improved.
5. Health and wellness, important
The Beyouda Ring and its application provide wellness insights only. They are not a medical device. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and they do not replace a consultation with a qualified healthcare professional. Do not use readings from the ring to make medical decisions. If you have a health concern, speak to a doctor. If you have an implanted medical device, check with your doctor before wearing any wearable.
6. Returns and warranty
See our refund policy: 60 days to change your mind, and a two year warranty against manufacturing defects that includes water damage.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the store unlawfully, to interfere with its operation, or to copy its content without permission. All text, images and code on this site remain ours.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. Subject to that, our liability arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
9. Consumer rights
These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which our business is established, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
