What does the Beyouda Ring track?
Everything that matters, day and night: sleep (deep, light, REM), heart rate and HRV, blood oxygen, skin temperature, stress and readiness, steps, calories and your cycle. The free app turns it into simple recommendations so you know what to do today to feel better.
How long does the battery last?
Up to 7 days on one charge, and a full recharge takes 60 minutes.
Can I wear it in the shower or the pool?
Yes. It is water resistant to 100 m. Shower, swim, wash up, it stays on.
Does it track my cycle?
Yes. It tracks your temperature and heart signals overnight and shows how your cycle phase shapes your sleep, energy and stress.

Do I need a subscription?
Never. The app is free for life on iOS and Android, in every language. Every score, every recommendation and every update is included with your ring. You pay once and your data stays yours.
Which phones does it work with?
iOS 14 and above, Android 8 and above.
Sizing
How do I find my size?
Use the on screen tool on our size guide. Hold a card and a ring you already own against the screen and we read your size in about thirty seconds. Between two sizes, choose the bigger one.
What if the size is wrong?
Exchanges are free for 60 days. Contact us and we send the right size.

Where do you ship?
Worldwide, for free. Orders leave our warehouse within 1 to 2 business days. USA 5 to 8 business days, Canada 5 to 10, United Kingdom 4 to 6, Europe 5 to 8, Australia 6 to 10, rest of the world 7 to 14.
How do I track my order?
