We do not receive or store the health data recorded by your ring. That data lives on your device and in the Beyouda app, under the app's own privacy terms.
Payment details
Card numbers are handled directly by our payment processor and never reach our servers. We see only the last digits and whether the payment succeeded.
Who we share it with
Shopify, which powers this store, our payment processor, the carrier who delivers your parcel, and analytics and advertising providers where you have consented. Each receives only what it needs. We do not sell your personal information.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, and to stop using it for marketing, by writing to help@beyouda.com. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process your data to perform our contract with you, to meet legal obligations, and, for analytics and advertising, on the basis of your consent, which you may withdraw at any time. You also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.
If you are a California resident, you may request disclosure of the categories of personal information we collect and ask us not to sell or share it. Use the same address.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as accounting and tax law requires. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe.
