Free worldwide shipping
Shipping is free on every order, everywhere, with no minimum.
Processing
Orders leave our warehouse within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on a weekend or a public holiday are processed on the next business day.
Delivery times
Counted from dispatch, not from when you order:
- United States: 5 to 8 business days
- Canada: 5 to 10 business days
- United Kingdom: 4 to 6 business days
- Europe: 5 to 8 business days
- Australia and New Zealand: 6 to 10 business days
- Rest of the world: 7 to 14 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather and customs inspections can add time, and we have no control over any of them.
Tracking
You receive a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel is collected. The first carrier scan can take 24 to 72 hours to appear. If nothing has moved after seven days, write to us and we open a case with the carrier.
Customs duties and import taxes
Orders shipped outside the destination country's customs union may attract import duties or taxes. These are not included in the price and are payable by you to the carrier on delivery. Amounts are set by your local authorities and we cannot estimate them in advance.
Wrong or incomplete addresses
Please check your address at checkout. If you spot an error, contact us straight away. We can usually correct it while the order is being prepared, but not once it has shipped. Parcels returned to us because of an incorrect address are refunded minus the return cost, or reshipped at your request.
Lost or damaged parcels
If a parcel is confirmed lost by the carrier, or arrives damaged, we replace it at no cost. Tell us within 30 days of the expected delivery date.
