You have 60 days from the delivery date to return your order for a full refund. No explanation required.
How to return
Write to help@beyouda.com with your order number. We reply with a prepaid return label within one business day. Put the ring and its charger back in the box, attach the label, and drop it off.
Condition of the item
Normal signs of wear are not a problem. That is the whole point of a sixty day trial. We only ask that the ring and the charger both come back. A return missing the charger is refunded minus the cost of replacing it.
Refunds
Once the parcel reaches us we inspect it and issue the refund to the original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a further 3 to 10 days to show it. Original shipping was free, so there is nothing to deduct.
Exchanges
Wrong size or a different finish? Exchanges are free for 60 days and work the same way. Write to us and we send the replacement as soon as the first ring is on its way back.
Faulty items and warranty
Beyouda rings carry a two year warranty against manufacturing defects, and that warranty explicitly covers water damage. If the ring fails through no fault of your own within two years, we replace it at no cost. Send us a photo and your order number to start.
Items we cannot refund
Gift cards, and any item returned more than 60 days after delivery.
Statutory rights
This policy is offered in addition to your legal rights and does not replace them. Customers in the European Union keep their statutory 14 day right of withdrawal. Our 60 days simply go further.
